Allyu Spa is interviewing for a Front Desk Coordinator. We're flexible in creating either a part-time or full-time position (32–40 hours per week), including one consistent weekend shift. Starting pay is $18.50/hour for part-time or $19.00/hour for full-time, along with service and retail spa credit and the benefits outlined below.
Position Overview:
Our Front Desk Coordinators play an essential role in shaping the guest experience at Allyu Spa. Job Responsibilities:
- Properly open and close the spa according to standard operating procedures.
- Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments.
- Welcome guests and help guide them through their experience with us.
- Maintain and support the spa retail boutique.
- Develop the ability to work confidently and independently when needed.
